I wanted to be able to rate higher but the Szechuan chicken curry tasted brackish, the chicken was not tender and the accompanying fried rice was pasty. . Chicken fried rice was unremarkable and was drowned in black bean sauce. Overall, not a happy experience.

Ordered via at 1650 estamated delivery 1805-1825. Came up. at 1805 Delayed. Eventually answered phone to be told at least another 30-45 mins as food still not cooked!! Would be better if they let you know earlier if there's a problem. Order cancelled going elsewhere...

The food was good, but they let themselves down with the appalling service. Phoned at 1 hour and 45 minutes to be told they hadn't even started our order yet. Agreed it would be on the way in 15 minutes, but it arrived another 45 minutes later. That's 2 hours 30 minutes, on an order over 50 in value. We need a time guarantee in place, within an hour or it's free, like they do elsewhere. We're being mugged here. I won't order again.
