I have used different therapies over the years, to deal with various life experiences. Focusing was new to me and very interesting. As I can only go so far with straight forward talking therapies (some things are preverbal and/or more in the body) this was a really useful find and very helpful. Jain was really lovely to work, easy to talk to, supportive and reassuring. I would definitely recommend working with her.

I find Jain's gentle but astute way of using Focusing, blended with other techniques, gets to the heart of things and is very helpful, every time.

Jain's Focusing Therapy provided me with the most incredible clarity for my family and business issues. With this technique, Jain helped me to easily formulate action plans and these came straight from images deep within my inner self. Jain interpreted some very complex scenarios and I was able to forge ahead with my life's plans with confidence and purpose. Jain is so very much more than a counsellor.

Jain was recommended to me by a friend. She helped me to really connect with how I was feeling rather than running an endless story through my head. She helped me to respond calmly rather than reacting to situations as much. After just a few sessions I felt I had reconnected with myself and rediscovered my own strength. I'm sure I will go to Jain for sessions again when there are things I'd like to work through. I'd certainly recommend Jain (and what a lovely spot to visit).

The setting itself provides a peaceful place to zone out from the pressures that surround us. Jain gives the space, gentleness and reassurance which helped me to think clearly about a number of issues. I highly recommend her service and approach.
