Stayed with Argyll Holidays at Loch Lomand Holiday Park with family in a hot tub lodge and I must say it was one of the most beautiful locations in the UK have stayed. The park had activities, like Kayaking and a small park for children, it was so peaceful and a real break from the hassle of flying for us all, especially as mum is elderly. 40 mins drive takes you to Drimsynie Holiday park where there is a fantastic pool, spa, activities and restaurant, you can use all facilities there. The scenery was spectacular on the drive, better than the Lake District in my opinion. Also take a day trip to a little village called Luss as it was stunning! If you need a fabulous UK location with family then I wouldn't hesitate to book at Loch Lomand Holiday Park or Drimsynie Holiday Village with Argyll Holidays for summer. And no midges even though people said there are! Best staycation I had in a long time and true relaxing break.
