        We had a great family holiday at Ormidale. We had a fantastic time at Portavadie at the new spa as a treat, as the pool was out of order at the time. A place to go anyway as the views are fantastic out of the infinity pool. if you like running, we went for a nice 10k up the fire tracks into the hills. Turn left out of Ormidale then left again at about 0.5 mile. Plunge pool if you fancy trying Wim Hofs technique! Get yourself to Bute and enjoy the ferry crossing - low cost and funny how short it is. Some nice beaches, or go to Dunoon for some shopping. The best part of the holiday was having quality time with the family and watching my 80 yr old mum getting her serve back on the tennis court.Scenery is expected, but a holiday to remember.
