        We booked last year as a post wedding party, because of covid this failed to happen. Therefore we moved this on to this year and payed a top up due to price increases. We were unable to go again this year due to covid restrictions. They finally after much negotiation offered a refund which was less than our holiday costs, then a few weeks later this was reduced too! Disgraceful treatment of customers who are all struggling at this current time. Definitely do not recommend this company for a holiday.
