It's worth going to have a look. Scotland has beauty everywhere. Nice place to have a picnic and for the kids to explore.

Cove Bay Harbour and its approaches provide excellent opportunities for view various sea birds including p: Fulmar, gulls of various types, Guillemots, Eider, Oster Catchers, Curlew with occasional visits of Gannets and Dolphins. But... The person who owns the land has turned it into a rubbish tip by placing large lumps of concrete down the sides of the road blocking off access to the beach for fishermen. Yesterday I found that a small area above the harbour has been blocked off to cars and pedestrians by recently constructed earthworks. Quite what goes on in the owners mind is beyond me. Due to actions of the owner, the harbour cannot be safely approached by car and there is now nowhere to park. Access to a bench seat at a viewing point above the harbour is now all but impossible.
