Katy is super nice and super supportive. Available whenever you need her, she's there to answer all those annoying little questions (especially when you first start) and keeps you motivated even though the support is all virtual!! Katy is a fabulous consultant, from the first meeting with her she was friendly and very welcoming! Katy is a great support! Easy to reach, but not too pushy and always encouraging. Started this journey in February and thought its going to be extra hard, but with small adjustments in agreement with Katy it is a doable mission. :)
