Good with fixing my car but not impressed that someone took it home adding nearly 200 miles to my car without any authorisation, not acceptable!!

Ended up having to take our car here on 3 separate occasions due to staff not looking into the issue wed initially booked the car in for the first time. Unsure if confusion or what was the issue but cant for the life of me understand how that could have happened. Following all of this hassle they simply wouldnt issue us a separate invoice so we could get reimbursed for payment as the car was under warranty still from purchase elsewhere. So in total a huge waste of time and loss of money all thanks to the unhelpful crew at this garage. Save yourself hassle and go out of your way to use a different Citroen dealer if necessary, itll be worth it.
