        The guy in here just shuts up shop without saying a word to waiting customers. He is rude, painfully slow and has zero customer service skills.

        Post Office is a real hit or more often a miss.. randomly shuts or is closed you join a slow queue, with probably a 10/15 wait, only to be told its going to be shutting for 10mins.. so 10mins turns into 20 odd mins other times you can be in and out in 2minutes I try to use local shops....but often wonder why

        The post office hours need to change on the website as it says its open at 7am which is not true and its only the CO-OP thats open at 7am. I have contacted google and got them to update there website.

        Everyone working here has a ready smile and are extremely helpful. They would go out of their way to help and often stop to chat if they're not busy. They put you first which is refreshing and nice in a day and age where the community spirit has largely disappeared. Not here, it's a great asset to the Cockenzie & Port Seton area. 5 Gold stars are well deserved!
