I absolutely love Rose's yoga classes and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Rose goes the extra mile to ensure everyone feels comfortable and at ease and everyone is encouraged to take things at their own pace and do what feels good for them. If you are a bit nervous about trying it out or in some way debating whether or not you should give it a go you definitely should.

I experience chronic pain and had done some research about the benefits of yoga, a friend recommended Valentia Rose so I made contact with Rose, she listened to me and gave me some advice as to what was the best class to start with. I decided to try the mindful meditation, I attended one class then I continued to attend via zoom due to work commitments which was amazing, being able to continue my journey at a time that I could attend in the comfort of my home. Each week with the support from Rose I learned to be more aware of what my body was telling me and using breathing techniques to help maximise the benefits. I practise these skills daily and have introduced them in to my morning and bedtime routine, helping me to fully relax to aid a more fitful sleep. Rose is amazing, beautiful person, very caring and compassionate. Highly recommend her classes for some chilled me time self care

Rose is a wonderful teacher and creates a beautiful space for her classes that are perfect for any level of experience. I highly recommend Valentia Rose's yoga & mediation classes and workshops, which have become one of the things I look forward to most every week! When I haven't felt a strong sense of calm upon arrival to classes, every moment throughout the session I am met with peace and tranquility. If you have any hesitance about starting yoga, just ask Rose is a great place to start (perhaps try a private session first). From being a complete beginner with Valentia Rose, I now go a little deeper into the practice, Rose has the experience to help wherever your at in your practice, even those a little too shy to go to an actual class. She also offers Zoom classes if this suits your current confidence level. Valentia Rose creates classes with love, dedication and Knowledge about yoga. Rose is an expert in body movement, using her perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. Book a session or class! You wont regret it! I promise!
