I got in touch with Donaldson Group Ltd to fix a leaking down pipe. Dean replaced the pipe and cleared the gutters. The problem had been a build up of moss which had clogged the pipe. As a result, I asked Dean to book me in to have the moss cleaned off the roof, a biocide applied and to repair some pointing on the ridge tiles. This work has made a big difference to the look of the roof and has also stopped the annoying chunks of moss continually falling into the garden. I am very happy with the service I received and found Dean to be really helpful. Most importantly, Dean arrived and carried out the work when he said he would and I found the prices to be very reasonable. All in all a great experience, thanks again
