Happy Bus

Book this last year gig was cancelled days after booking refused to refund so emailed again July this year as yet no answer & no refund would I recommend NO I would not. Hot 1 Only because it wouldnt let me post this

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The bus took over 3 hours to arrive after the concert, the staff were aggressive and threatening towards the customers. We were told the whole time that the bus was nearby but was having trouble turning around, just down the street. I suspect there was no bus ready at all, as the traffic soon cleared but no bus was to be seen. Ed Sheeran was amazing, but this totally killed the concert buzz. Not even a hint of a refund either, probably the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

Not the best experience however due to rail disruption needed alternative transport. Quite expensive for the service received, firstly driver was 30mins late and traffic was used as an excuse when we phones to ask where they were (there was no traffic). The driver was then erratic at times changing lanes at last second etc. After the concert we were 45mins late departing (1hr 30mins after gig ended). Finally as half the bus was looking to be dropped off on the way back to final destination driver was asked kindly if that was possible due to all the delays and he was not flexible. Poor service right through from booking, customer service and transportation. Advise is to use only if really necessary Just look at the below response to see what kind of company this is, clearly not able to take constructive criticism or care about their customers.......

If you paid by credit card just do a charge back.
