        I had keys cut at another Timpsons branch but unfortunately these didn't operate the lock on my Father's front door. The problem was that the keys had been cut from a copy rather than an original key. After speaking to Mick he made small adjustments to all 5 keys and was able to confirm they were working as I had removed the lock from my Dad's door and taken it to the shop. In my opinion the level of service provided by Mick exceeded my expectations and his knowledge in relation of what adjustments were required to my keys was excellent. I would recommend this branch of Timpsons to anyone and in future will be having all my keys cut at this particular branch.
