I Find the chicken to be either poorly prepared or just cheap quality as I have been here several times and found vains in the chicken breast on numerous occasions I've seen them try and defend this before and unfortunately for me it's poor prep, if cooking chicken at home and you find a vain you'd cut it out not leave it in. so no excuse for this as far as im concerned. And has put me off ordering chicken from here.
