I will review this and not mention any persons names. I worked for this company in two of there care homes, and was subject to harassment of a manager and a senior carer from summerlee care home. I have noticed on a review (grade 6) was mentioned this is not a hotel, this should be care for Scotland elderly a job that should always be of the highest standard. Through my years working within croftbank I always had a amicable and professional relationship with directors but recieved nothing but bullying tactics from the lead operatorations manager when I worked within Rosepark from summerlee staff who were filling in at rosepark when they didn't have a manager. I felt the staff were incompetent and when I raised this concern I was given a verbal warning and told never to question her staff.
