Rating 0 stars for the Customer Service dept.. I was ill advised by a member of staff in the store and now 250 out of pocket.. I was told I could get a credit note for 250 in the store but CS Dept said that's not the case. I've now been told if I pay them another 1600 they'll dd the 250 to it and give me a credit note for the full amount. Now that makes no sense!! I've asked for call from a manager but of course no call!! Obviously think people can afford to be sitting out of pocket when everyone is struggling to heat their homes and put food on the table!! I would be out of a job if my Customer Service was as bad as yours!

Shocking Service!! Would give Zero Stars if I could! Ordered a bed and bedroom furniture in October and was advised that the items would take no longer than 6 7 weeks to arrive. Week 7 came and went without any contact so we contacted the showroom to be told that it would be January before our goods would be arriving, and they could do nothing about it. We then contacted the Customer Service to see what could be done, several phone calls later and several non-returned calls the Customer Service Manager called to let me know that the Manager of the showroom would call me. He duly did the following day however said that he knew that the book had been closed for Pre-Christmas delivery on our order two weeks before we put in the order (why lie and tell us something different in the shop!!). Called Customer services to complain and was promised that the Area Manager would call (on 3 occasions), still no call. The customer service from this company is absolutely shocking they dont return calls, they lie, and they have no respect for customers. Without customers they would not have a job! **UPDATE** Week 22 and we have a bed!! However, still waiting on the 2 bedside units and chest of drawers. The Designer Rooms should be ashamed of the service that they are providing to customers.

After purchasing our suite from Robert in designer rooms we were assured there were two suites awaiting in the warehouse and we could have it delivered at any time. We then went back at end of January and paid in full. We were told we would get a phone call about delivery within a day or two, so we had a charity uplift our old suite and we are still waiting MARCH! Where is my suite??????DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I also got a message from their customer care when I told of our experience on Trustpilot asking us to contact them through a website that doesnt exist. Can I just point out that my phone and e mail are on my PAID IN FULL order form. It is not difficult to contact me! Again AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Today I visited the show room in Coatbridge , and the lovely lady who served me was an absolute diamond , her customer service skills were second to none . She did a beautiful thing for me today and her act of kindness and especially her kind words made me walk out the shop feeling amazing. One act of kindness can change someones days so much. I phoned the store to leave a message we for this wonderful Woman and on finishing my message she told me it was her. Also told me that I had made her day. The small things in life and how you treat people can help them so much
