        Today i had a meeting and I have niver come away so demoralised by the way I was spoken to the reely feel as it was a total waste of my time at the Coatbridge office not a patch on the Motherwell office delt with them 4years ago with "marion" but today wasn't a nice experience for me came away totally demoralised and feeling worthless? spoken down to by the person that I spoke with today. And 7 months later still unemployed still on universal credit had 2 full-time jobs offers. So jobs centre told me to contact routes to work.... and again got joe from routes to work and telling me that routes to work won't help me with my cpc driving card to get back into full time employment again so definitely a complete waste of my time and definitely if your face doesn't fit your on to plums if you are after real help the Scottish government should be aware of how this organisation is totally not fit for purpose as I have been unemployed for so long now that it is a complete joke. I WILL BE taking this matter up with my MY LOCAL COUNCILLOR in North Lanarkshire Council and further afeald. After my phone call today with Joe ""
