        Really hope nobody needs customer service from this place.. I phoned on Friday morning to see if my warranty has ran out as I have a problem with my shower, I was told they would get someone to call me straight back.. Friday afternoon still nothing so I called back and was assured someone would definitely call before they shut at 6pm which is actually 5pm.. still no phone call from them. Can't wait till they open again. Total disgrace...... A reply from them 7months later shows the lack of customer care..avoid this place if you don't want messed around

        A fantastic job carried out by a highly professional and courteous team. From start to finish they kept you informed about exactly what they were doing. What a transformation to the bathroom! Delighted with the workmanship. Special mention to Graham, Dougie, Peter and Findlay - and of course Alison in the office. Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
