Waited nearly 2 hours for food then asked person on Facebook where our order was got the reply we are waiting on our driver and it will be right with you but then to get told our order had been cancelled so 2 hours for food for us and a child for nothing will not be ordering from here again the food is mediocre and waiting time is terrible

First time trying out Rigate and wasn't disappointed, food was delicious, lovely staff in a very relaxed atmosphere, will definitely be returning

We tried Rigate for the first time this evening after reading a few good reviews online. I've never left a review, good or bad for restaurant but felt compelled to try and save other people the misfortune of wasting their time and hard earned money in this place. First of all, the poor waiter (who tried his best) was on his first ever shift and was left to deal with the front of house alone all night. He ordered our food incorrectly, which we didn't really mind as we felt sorry for him being left alone. After 5 minutes once the food was cold he lifted it from our table and gave it to the table next to us who were in as much shock as we were. 10 minutes later he then tried to give us the same food back We then reordered and waited for our correct meals to come. Eventually when we all got our food, we waited another 15 minutes for cutlery because the poor guy was panicking taking so many complaints. The food once we did get to taste it was shockingly bad. At least 99% salt. No other flavour and just totally substandard. Frozen garlic bread??? In times like this , when eating our with family should be respite, establishments like this shouldn't be taking money for absolutely awful service and food. Extremely disappointed...and hungry!
