I where there yesterday for the 4 till 530pm session and my personal opinionbthe stuff very rude I think they need to go to training to learn how to be polite two members of public who are paid for the privilege to use your facility and that the ice was not smooth they want over when we was leaving as there was a ice hockey game going on afterwards they did not do it before we went on the ice as it was very taste up I will go back to see if they have improved there facilities

me my partner and 2 kids went to the 4.00pm session , Not a bad ring but quite chaffed up so not very smooth to skate on ,but smoothed it over for hockey to play on after our session! Most rings I've been to smooth it after every session!!! Staff (1 of the young ones anyway, so rude !!! I got my phone out to take a photo of my kids and she started shouting saying she'd told me she told me loads of times to put my phone away ( total lie, never seen her before ! And no one had said anything to me, plus I'd only had my phone out for about 10 seconds!! All she had to say was please can u put Ur phone away in the ice, not come over and start shouting at me !!! Won't be going back !!! I don't like liars !!! If you want to enjoy your time don't go here !! There are other rings not far away that are much better !!
