        A good gym with a good time table running from morning to evening. I have been attending the daytime classes which have good numbers turning up. The gym is welcoming and the instruction has been top notch by Brian the head coach/owner. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking to train in the North Lanarkshire area.

        My son goes here and he loves it. Brian, Veronica, Michael and Georgia have all been fantastic coaches for him. The club is friendly, inclusive and knowledgeable. The amount of progress my son has made in such a short space of time is phenomenal. He's more confident, fitter and healthier since coming here.
