        Please avoid. Up there with some of the worst customer service Ive ever received. They were the company employed by my new build company to fit the lights. Within the year one was broken and one needed a light bulb changed but I didnt have any instructions on how to do it. Fair enough, these things happen. You would think this would be an easy issue to resolve but 4 months later despite me speaking to them on phone calls where they promise they will call back that day and my builders emailing them and escalating it as a complaint to management we have had zero progress. Even if someone could have called me and let me know how to change the lightbulb it would have been something! I dont know whats going on here but they dont seem to be working well at the moment, I can see from reviews they were in the past. A real shame.
