Needed a decent suit cleaned for a wedding. Got home to discover the trousers have tramlines pressed in to them on the front and back. Bizarrely the jacket sleeves also have creases in them. Utter shoddiness. 12 to dry clean for a 2 piece suit? Not a regular occurrence for me but that seems steep. I was quoted 8 for similar service in the city centre. I genuinely doubt they've been near the dry cleaner. Avoid.

Disappointed in the service. Bedding and a towel was ruined. Was told the dye had run from a black towel (which was very old and had been washed numerous times) which was in the wash but the marks on the bedding and a green towel did not look as though it was due from a black towel. It didn't tint the colour of the whole wash just streak marks on one duvet cover and one towel. Very odd. It was also very expensive. 26 for 11kilos. Won't be going back.
