        Been at this practice for 2 and a half years. Moved away now but had a lot of concerns. Had to complain my way through NHS to get something that my Dr believe I shouldn't have when the procedure I wanted was my choice. Got a phone consultation with one of the Drs, spoke to him for 10 mins until I noticed he was calling me by the wrong name and was thinking he was talking to another patient. Time and time again I battled with very rude, no push or pull reception staff (aside from one who was very pleasant) to get simple stuff like repeat prescriptions. Practice is still in the stone age where you can't even order prescriptions online. Got chinned by one of the receptionists when I tried to order repeat prescriptions over the phone, despite them doing this multiple times before and the website saying it could be done over the phone. Thoroughly recommend going to one of the other practices in the health centre because this is by far the most disorganised one I have been with.

        Video call with Dr Lawson today. Dr Lawson listened carefully to my symptoms and suggested corrective action. Great communicator, and cares about his patients and their health. A credit to Faraday and the NHS.
