        Sadly I have just telephoned the surgery to tell them my mum passed away on Sunday morning and to ask if they could notify me when her death certificate had been sent to the Registrars office. The receptionist did not offer any condolences and proceeded to ask me "the patient's DOB" and "cause of death". She was my mum, not just a patient. I am upset by the receptionist lack of compassion and cuteness.

        Very well run. With a maximum of 15 minutes delay to some appointments.. I've known a lot worse!!..

        Practise is a complete joke Call between 8-9am for emergency appointment. Can't get through finally got a answer at 1245 to be told by matter of fact receptionist that next free appointment is 24/8/17 Joke complete joke ! Never helpful and you always wait a life time to get an answer then be told there's no appointments for weeks They need to sort out there lines and telephone manner
