I am very unhappy with the outcome of the time lve had to wait for my car 7 months up till now, l was given an estimated date of end of march 2023 or the end of April 2023 l have been informed that there is no change at the shipping of it over to UK, l have missed hospital appointments due to this , l was told April 2023 now its time l looked at some other dealers in mobility, l even suggested taking another used car but its not policy which l fully understand , this is nothing personal to Lauren she has done all she can and l personally thank her l therefore wish to withdraw my application for said car VW TAIGO,and cancel my order, thanks for all your help Lauren l wish you all the best , now , and in the future Mr Robert Baxter

Received a fantastic service from Arnold Clark. We purchased a car through a separate dealership and the vehicle turned out to have a few faults so we arranged to have repairs carried out. Arnold Clark got our car booked in extremely quickly and identified further issues upon inspection. We dealt with Tracey who went above and beyond and actually offered to contact the dealership directly as I have a new baby and needed extra help sorting things. She went above and beyond from start to finish and I have never throughout all my years of having vehicles repaired via other garages dealt with such a helpful and kind person. I would recommend this garage to anyone as the staff are so helpful and accommodating and the vehicle repairs were carried out so quickly.
