Drivers 27 and drivers 20007 on bus 34a keep smoking on the bus and I have asthma and it's bad for my health I have had cancer as well and not to be near smoke and why should bus drivers smoke on bus if passengers are not allowed it's putting my health at risk and they don't care nothing is being done about it and they said they would check CCTV not all the buses have that and the ones that do they are not filming the driver only the passengers we have complained several times nothing gets done some staff are so rude on the phone and I have tried to email a complaint too but they blocked my email address they are always late too it is against the law to smoke on bus and it is failing me as a passenger by putting my health at risk and failing their service by blocking my email and not taking my complaints seriously and there doesn't seem to be anyone higher up or anyone who cares there is only one bus from forth to Lanark to get so I have no choice but to get it

Went to bus stop 10 minutes early and bus never showed up at designated time. Phoned company not interested.
