Amazing aftercare by all the team, especially Jamie. I purchased a 22 tonne tow behind log splitter, which works fantastic. However after not starting it for over a year it wouldn't start. Jamie walked me through all the steps over the phone, and by making video clips specifically for my problem, I ended up stripping the carb down, which I had never done, and now it works faultlessly. The company themselves are very helpful and decent people, however (and its a big however) I bought the V series 15 ton splitter and I have owned it for 3 months. It is an absolute bag of rubbish. Within two weeks I had to strip and rebuild the carburettor, the bolts were loose then I had to dis connect the oil sensor as this was causing issues, then the hydraulic hose split, so I had to replace it with another one and buy more fluid. Then the pull cord wont wind back in so I have had to dismantle it to repair it. It decides whether it wants to start or not. I only run top grade petrol in it however it just doesnt play ball. Bearing in mind it is only 3 months old. I am really really disappointed with it and honestly believe it is an absolute waste of money. If I could exchange it I would.
