        Ordered a Watson scarf, received a Wilson one, have attempted to contact company twice and have heard nothing. Rest of order was fine.

        I didnt realise this is a mail order only business so turned up to the premises thinking we would shop and get coffee and cake. Thanks to the lady owner who was very understanding and provided the item we were actually looking for to go to Surrey in person today. Am sure she does not want now to be inundated by personal callers but I just wanted to thank her as she made my cousins day.
