I had a tarmac drive done in November. All was well after initial snags had been sorted although the response was slow. I used Barton Bros because of the reviews. Work looks good and the team of workers were great. However, I have tried to have the work checked and repaired as the tarmac down one side is covered in puddles each time it rains.. Although Ive contacted them via email and text I have been completely ignored. On completion of the work I asked for a receipt. I never got this and considering the price Id expect some sort of guarantee. Its only been down 6mths so unsure what will happen down the line when we get frost. Im really disappointed with the lack of after service. Ive had someone come to our door admiring the drive and asking who did the work. Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend Barton Bros and they have now lost out on the job of doing my back garden. I now feel they have taken the money and ran as not bothered my issue.

Hired them to do my new driveway they turned up started to dig out then after a hour hit me with extra charges for drainage I foolishly agreed, then 2 days in added more costs for a step and kerb edging ended up having to pay they told me they was going to lift the bricks and remove and that they had a big family, I felt very threatened by these people without going into detail but my wife left our home for 3 days and still has sleeping problems over the way they treated us both i have since installed cctv and cannot recommend this company truly shocking. Service: Hardscaping
