Best small site in area ,owners and wardens (linda rab )look after us well good value site fees open 12 months beautiful well looked after park for tourers and statics excellent for piece and quiet ,in process of extension for statics have a look

Weve had a very unpleasant experience staying at this place. We arrived around 9pm and the owner told us that we cant stay at the site, as its past 6pm ( apparently you need to arrive before 6 to pitch a tent here, but this was not mentioned to us when we were making a booking over the phone or on the website). He gave us very vague directions on where to pitch a tent and didnt not make us aware of where the facilities are located around the park. There were no obvious tents pitched or facilities. The next morning we were charged 25 even though when we were phoning the site they clearly said it was going to be 18.

We stayed at Mountain View for a one night to break up our journey home from the Outer Hebrides. After a 6 hour journey from Skye we arrived half an hour after reception had closed. This was at 6.30pm. Very begrudgingly the owner opened the barrier to let us in. He was just pointed to our hard standing pitch and then said the toilets are over there.. pointing to the shower block. During our 2 week holiday on the western isles we had had nothing but kindness and friendliness from all staff at all the many sites we had used. It was pretty awful being treated so unpleasantly at Mountain View and being charged 30 for the experience. I had booked in advance to stay there but had not had any email confirmation from the site which would have made us aware that reception closed at 6pm. I would most definitely not set foot there again.

Peaceful Park well kept by lovely owners love it great for peaceful breaks walking etc new owners doing upmost too improve site new lighting, roads resurfaced love it our piece of heaven

Recently purchaced a static at mount view. The park is lovely, quiet and run by a lovely helpful and very approachable couple who are always on hand to help
