Bowmuir Farm

Visited the farm for a lambing experience. The hosts were exceptional- very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. This was my second lambing experience of the week and Bowmuir Farm blew me and my dad away compared to the other farm we visited earlier in the week. The experience was half the price was a lot more enjoyable. I got plenty of time to cuddle the lambs, get pictures and ask questions. I would recommend visiting this farm and experiencing for yourself just a friendly and welcoming this farm is. I will visit again .

Well, what an experience with these little beauties . A warm welcome upon arrival, a well organized event and such an informative and lovely experience! Baby lambs born just as we arrived and more on the way, got to hold a lamb that was lovely and snuggled in and quite frankly, could have taken her home . Met the alpacas that were keeping guard and the chilled out goats Would definitely recommend and will be doing this again next year if the event is running again! Thank you so much!

Just back from a few nights in The Pig Sty! Absolutely brilliant! Great to get away from everything and relax. Perfect for our little pup in the secure garden as she could come and go! Hot tub was amazing with beautiful views. Local milk and toiletries were a great touch. Always cosy inside even with the front door open. Underfloor heating aswell! Would highly recommend!

Stayed in a lodge in June, absolutely fantastic!! Super dog friendly, woodland walk, exercise field, they've thought of everything. Hot tub is an added bonus. Looking forward to staying again next year.

I was working over this way and had one night in one of the pods. The Duck House. Absolutely wonderful. They have thought of everything. Not just a hot tub- a chlorine free deep hot tub. I sat in the bubbles until 9.30pm and watched the sun going down and a hot air balloon going over head. It was spotless and very comfortable. Free range eggs, local milk, even the bathroom products are local to the area. Im so impressed, I would like to find the time and bring my husband here for a glorious weekend.
