Awful shop. Pharmacist spent more time acting like a doorman and bouncer. Locked us all out of shop. Short staffed, I get and can sympethise but do the job youbare paid to. Ridiculous

Rude staff one person in particular named Julie at this Lloyd's constantly talking over people on the phone not hearing people out stating that when I visited the first time that I should have been more aware of not being giving the full prescription basically making it out to be my fault that the full prescription wasn't handed to me which I was aware of because I always pick up my mother's prescription I said there and then that the full prescription wasn't given I asked if they could check for more of the prescription but the front desk staff was to busy coughing while trying to speak to me saying there was nothing else there only for me to get along the road and my mother phone them for them to say actually there is another bit of your prescription here which I asked them to do while I was in the store but to Julie I never done that and she probably never heard me say I did ask that because she was to busy speaking over me so much. To be called a liar by a Lloyd's staff member is honestly not on how dare Julie say that what I done wasn't what I done and that I'm basically forgetful and silly for not asking for the rest of the prescription terrible makes you think how many old folk that struggle to get to the pharmacies these days have been turned away after stating that isn't all my prescription there's more to be had for them to say nope that's it then get home phone up and for Julie to speak over them and tell them they're forgetful and silly for not asking when they were in the store
