Hollywood Nail Spa

My 2 daughters got their nails done today. Both showed a picture of what they wanted and both have came home with nails looking nothing like the pictures shown. The Gentleman who done one set was quite abrupt in slapping/moving my daughters hand to position, burnt her finger with the actual bulb leaving her cuticle swollen and all red. The woman who done the other set pushed my daughters cuticle back with her own nail, no tool used. Cut 2 of her fingers.. one which has blood through the acrylic nail. Also blew her nose without washing her hands mid way through. Will not be back and would definitely NOT recommend. Service: Acrylic nails

Wont be here again Ive went twice.first was for Christmas nails I asked for a design the girl that works there told me ok and done a completely different design and the colours didnt match each finger.came for a second time because it wasnt a design I wanted.I asked for all black and again they put one finger blue within 4 days of having them they all came off (Im very careful with acrylics on my nails are healthy) I asked to get my money back or get them fixed (as I have anxiety I didnt want to say anything until they started coming off) they said word for word (no we cant fix them and we dont give the money back you go and leave shop)but prior I phoned they said that was fine I could get my money back.she didnt prep my nails the acrylics were all clumpy.definitely wouldnt recommend.half of my real nail wasnt covered in acrylic powder either. A VERY bad place if you want your nails to match. Off centred filing job, impurities left on the nail bed after top coat applied. Cuticles done AFTER acrylic placed so your nails look grown in sooner...which causes you to return sooner to the salon for an infill. Don't go here. The nail tech also pushed the cuticle back with her own nail, when I asked her to use a tool and cut the cuticle first she was not happy. Terrible. Services: Acrylic nails, Nail extensions
