Joined the NHS test & trace contract and saw how incompetent this company is. Simple IT issue of resetting a password for service-now took 3 months. Literally would log in at 8am, say hi then go out for the day. NHS would reset the password then send it to ascensos who would take weeks to pass it on, which meant the temporary password had expired. As someone with 6 years experience administering Service-Now systems I was told by my 18 year old 'supervisor' to be quiet and just take calls. Could have automated most of my teams jobs but nah, take calls. People would also dial out random numbers to get out at the bottom of the list for calls.
