Really pleased with my nee boiler. Was installed today by Jordan and Paul. Guys were great explained everything well and answered all questions. Took all mess away too. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Steer well clear of this company if you are wanting good customer service and want their engineers to actually turn up. This company were supposed to install cavity wall insulation and a boiler. I had the initial survey done then nothing. They eventually called and arranged 2 days to complete the work. The first day their engineers did not turn up and the second day was also cancelled on this day. Following this I have called them to many times to be told they cant give me a date as they use subcontractors for some of there work. The staff are hit and miss with knowledge on the services they supply. In the end I had to go back to the initial company that got them involved to intervene. I then got a snotty call off the MD (please see other reviews) who tried then said he would now remove me from their systems and hung up. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
