        I called this morning in dire need of help and advice, I spoke to someone called Janice who was utterly rude and unhelpful in every way she came on the phone aggressively and left aggressively I was angered but I bit my tongue and carried on politely. Why this person answers calls to people in need of help is beyond me! Think training in people skills would be my advice
