I have been attending DFC for 4 years and the reason is because it is the best place to go to get into shape.
Stevie & Sam are true professionals that have a genuine passion for what they do and how they help their clientele to achieve their goals.
Amongst the many elements that make DFC unique is the friendly environment/community they generate. It doesn't matter if you are a newbie or experienced, Stevie & Sam make sure that you never feel out of your depth and that you are part of a team - Team DFC.
Fitness and achieving your goals is their passion and through their knowledge, expertise,and teaching you will be inspired to push yourself. Stevie and Sam want you to be actively involved in improving your health and this is done through exercise and an exhaustive food plan that is included in the price. I have personally learned so much about the science of the body and dietary requirements since joining DFC.
So, if you want to make a positive improvement in your life I would highly recommend DFC.
