        Today a bridal party of 7 were booked in to get alterations done on our dresses. We were booked in for 10am. We showed up to a sign on the door closed due to covid test. This is completely understandable. What is not is the fact that we were booked in, one came from bathgate, one from Falkirk, one from cumbernauld, two from Baillieston and one from Clydebank, we all took time off work and travelled to this shop to find a note on the door and were not pre warned of the closure. When called we were advised that she did not have any contact details, when we challenged this saying she was contacting us via messenger we were then told that we were even in her book anyway. Absolutely terrible service.

        Anna is a fantastic seamstress. I wouldnt go anywhere else for alterations. Took my mother of the groom dress to be altered Very reasonable price for an amazing job.
