We were recently let down by Wren Kitchens/Rotherhams for our quartz worktops which should have been fitted for our 25th Anniversary party on 24th August. We were due to have family and friends round to ours after our party but my kitchen would not have been in a state to have anyone round. We were disgusted and so let down by Wrens' lack of customer service. Stevie from Lapis Contracts came to our rescue and came out on the Tuesday to measure up at a time to suit us and was able to have our worktops fitted by the Thursday afternoon. This was an exceptional service by a helpful, friendly and professional team. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else. This just made our anniversary perfect so a very big thank you from the O'Hara family, Glasgow.

I love the personal touch you get in here. A tour of there workshop to see the slabs of different stone before it's cut is amazing. Taking home a few off cuts to match with your colours at home and the extensive help in choosing the right stone for you. We haven't ordered from here yet but I have recommended Lapis to a friend and they purchase'd from here. As soon as our extention is ready I will be there getting my worktop from here. Love the customer service.
