Awful company delivered a cabinet glass I checked the top and side but didnt notice the corner as it was still wrapped in cling film when I unwrapped it I noticed the corner was cracked I contacted them to ask them to exchange for another cabinet there response was disgusting they accused me of sending a picture of something else called me a liar basically and told me there in nothing they can do very very rude they are lovely to you when you order but if there is a issue they do not want to no

Very poor service. I bought a few items and one was damaged but they wont swap it as they say I should have opened all the boxes, about nine of them, big items and checked before delivery company left. Dont respond well either and all they say is terms and conditions etc. I see what they have written and these were big items Im a small area, full of cling film and polystyrene and cardboard etc. 2 bedside tables, set of big draws and dressing table and stool. They were on site for 22 minutes as they were carrying stuff up the stairs. This is on my cctv system if they fancy disputing that also.
