Never received goods I had ordered and paid extra for quicker delivery. Delivery was meant to have been attempted but never received any note from courier or correspondence from sgs. I proceeded to contact sgs quite a while after placing order to be told it had been returned I had to pay 15 for delivery to be re attempted or 15 to be deducted from my initial order in a refund ( which was only around 30). After a few back and forth emails I was told im receiving a refund minus 5+vat which I still dont quite understand and hadn't actually agreed to. On top of this the compressor I purchased brand new only a year or so earlier has been nothing but bother. Poor products and poor service.
