Emily was fantastic from start to finish, having followed Emily on social media sites, I knew she was the selling agent we wanted use for our recent renovation project. Emily dealt with all viewings and kept us up to date with any news from prospective buyers, I would highly recommend the service that she provides to anyone considering selling a property. I had Emily recommended to me for the process of selling my home. Emily made my first-time selling experience as straightforward as it could be, talking me through the steps and how it works in a jargon free way during the initial consultation. The sale was well promoted, and generated a few dozen viewings, all very capably managed by Emily without the need for me to get involved. I also received regularly updates on how everything was going, including a prompt closing date, with a variety of offers for me to consider. While the initial buyer pulled out, Emily calmly and quickly sought another who seen it through to close, all done without any additional charge. Emily is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and makes the most of the tools available from social media to get your property out to the wider masses. I highly recommend Emily, and thank her again for all her help.
