Terrible service. A program for keeping the staff in a job while doing the minimum amount required. And they also lied about me and put these lies on my permanent record. In short; if you have no where else to go do not expect much and -- word to the wise -- record any. and all interactions for your own protection, also, if you can go elsewhere, that could be anywhere DO NOT GO HERE!! Take care

Why are you all makeing complaints I have been attending the the goldenhil for a very long time I never had one complaint and as saying you pay the doctors wages WHEN WAS The LAST Time THAT You WORKED

There is no money. I'd assume that in good faith there isn't fraud going on, in all it's forms. Some of the treatment staff and doctors are the best but you don't get time to see them. It's too busy. What goes on during the winter when the nhs is in crisis, is what this place is in all the time. It's almost more of an administration and processing centre with it's limited treatments.

I left a 5 star review a few years ago because the treatment patients got was amazing.unfortunatly the best of the staff are gone,whatever has happened it's shocking!place has fell to a shambles...staff never in and multiple appointments cancelled,when they come back they don't bother to make contact even tho messages have been left time and again.made me feel worse since I was referred back after waiting months to be let down time and time again to the point it's causing more damage everytime I try to contact these services!and being told unless I'm serious about offing myself there's not much they can do! Some way to hint to patients!or they say it's normal to be so stressed you want to top yourself! Messed about for over a year now!done unless something miraculous happens soon but I won't hold my breath!
