This company fitted my gas central heating through a eco grant, so angry is a understatement, after numerous times I contacted them to rectify something was not possible and oh what a shock there in administration. Now I have to live with copper pipes that were fitted up my walls not even covered, makes me sick

Nice to see directors could go on fancy holidays while disabled customers were ignored and left freezing in -10 temp!!

Was awarded ECO3 Grant scheme via Government as my boiler is over 40 years old was told contribution would be 200 to 300 but as soon as Allinoils surveyor came through the door was told all my gas pipes were too narrow to deliver the gas and would need replaced at a cost of 1000 ,he went into my cupboard to check the boiler but I didn't trust him and wanted to watch what he was doing but he insisted I leave the bedroom as he needed to do the survey in private ,I heard noises of pipes moving and later discovered he had sabotaged my central heating system which was still working OK but after his visit is making terrible noises like its going to blow up and leaking at the pipes where they join the tank absolute crooks.

Got a heating grant from the Government and all in oil came to install. Pipes not checked into the joists deep enough so floorboards don't sit back down properly and when walking on them you can hear all the pipes clinking. Left all my carpets ripped up and half the soldered pipes that they put together are seaping water as not sealed properly. Made endless phone calls and not heard a single thing back from this company. No one has been back to sort any of the mess. They also left all the old storage heaters lying in my garden and haven't been back to collect them yet. Would avoid this company complete s**t show.
