There should be enough staff to cover these calls or they should employ more. What about an emergency do you just wait for the call to be available even if its an emergency, I agree with the girl on the other review about Covid-19 they are just using this as an excuse.
Absolutely shocking.

Unfortunately I am struggling to find a practice that will take me as a new patient coming from Clydebank. This practice comes up when I put my postcode into the NHS website and that I think is an issue why I cannot change.

The GPS are fantastic and highly experienced
I dont get the complaints , IF you need to see a GP thats what Triage is for (to decide that )
The nurse /gp then calls ,its a detailed consultation and if they feel they need to see you you get an appointment? Saving YOU an unnecessary trek to surgery ?
Dont have to go often but when i MUST see a GP have always been given an appointment and felt well supported by the GPS /nurses too .
Just Dont get why people are hating on the staff or believing they are sat ignoring phones?Come on !
Dont hate on staff when its clearly an out of date phone system and also apparent they are short staffed with GPS too !.
Get onto the Health Board and complain to them about lack of staffing and an obvious lack of funding .
