I went to L S Express today to purchase tobacco however, having being turned away from this purchase due to having my provisional as a form of ID which I am able to purchase alcohol with and get into pubs I was not informed of another form of ID to bring I had to ask. When I questioned this I was told to bring back my passport to make the purchase. Frankly the customer service I received here was awful I wont be back again due to this. They should have accepted my provisional as a form of ID as I had been in the shop the day before when it was apparently 'valid' and had no problems with the sale. I then went to the Keystore beside this shop where my ID was accepted and they where happy to welcome my custom.
