Normally really lovely service as ave been in many times without a mask due to being exempt and never been questioned for some reason today im very dissatisfied with her actions as Ive been in every single shop n never been spoken to in this way my exemption card was in my phone just in case I forget it I did show the lady but wasnt good enough I did try n explaining to her but was interested she was very disrespectful and kept cutting me off with no interest at all with a very disrespectful manner

I have had good and terrible service here. Today I asked for chips but with gravy on the side, I was told no, it had to go on the chips! I have never heard anything so ridiculous! This is why I very rarely go there, they have no regard for customers.

Went in a few months back, usually really good service but when I went on one morning for my lunch was ordering a double roll n got asked dont you think thats a bit much for you? Felt quite offended and taken a back as Im buying the food. No need to comment on what Im getting Im paying for your food.
