Our flat was flooded and the damage was extensive. Prater Contracts were appointed to attend to the repair and refurbishment after the drying process was completed. Stephen Buckley and his team are wonderful. Stephen has been super-efficient, considerate and professional with all areas of the project, for which I am extremely grateful. The works were often challenging, requiring further onsite decisions for unforeseen complications. He co-ordinated trades, and suppliers for additional site works, keeping the project progressing smoothly. The standard of work and decorating is excellent and we are delighted with the end result. Stacey in the office was great too.

Dreadful experience the plumbing was a disgrace everything plumbed in wrongly boiler in a dangerous condition hole in my kitchen ceiling left for three months water leaking no use of TV for three months although they had 13 months to complete the work it has cost us a lot of money to fix all of this

I dont often write reviews but this one is well deserved, my worse nightmare had happened pipe burst in my loft, Prater contracts did an excellent job from start to finish, especially their project manger Samantha, she was very attentive and courteous and went that extra mile keeping me in the loop with all works that were getting carried out. Even gave me a courtesy call after my claim was completed ,to see how I was, cant thank Prater contracts enough for making my house a home again.

Trustworthy and honest company that kept me informed from start to finish. Would highly reccomend to anyone needing any type of building work required. Completed a full refit involving wetroom,kitchen,livingroom,bedrooms and hallway to a high class finish. Very approachable and totally dedicated.
