Excellent service from start to finish. Very competitive quote and professional communication throughout. Removed a large beech tree from the back of the garden and left the grounds in immaculate condition. Even cut up some of the wood and fashioned some stools and benches for us and our neighbours. Would recommend entirely and will use again.

Professional from start to finish. Friendly and helpful. Best price when I checked around. Professional documentation- quote, insurance and risk management etc etc. Photos before and after all provided automatically. They arrived and finished on time and tidied up very well too. I had a number of quotes, from tree surgeons and estimates from landscapers. Premier beat all the quotes and gave a clear breakdown of what they could do for minimum fuss and to keep the price down. What I didnt expect was the level of professionalism, full written quote, job spec, full insurance presented on automated email and backed up with text for any questions I had. During the job Premier found a live nest, they completed the main job, paused work and took the nest to a sanctuary. They returned shortly after and cleared the site completely leaving it as they found it. A great experience, taking time to talk to my kids and give advice on pruning another smaller tree. Could not recommend highly enough.

I am very, very pleased with the service. I rarely publicly post an opinion because they are usually not worth the comment but I can highly recommend the work that was done which involved cutting down and removing leylandiis towering above the garage. The quote was also very good which was a bonus.
